Dominguez Lawn & Landscape values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided.

By scheduling or purchasing services from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Services & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of lawn care and landscaping services, all sales are generally final once services have been performed.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not performed as agreed upon

  • A clear error occurred on our part that we are unable to correct

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed labor or services

  • Materials already purchased or installed (including plants, soil, sod, mulch, rock, etc.)

  • Deposits for scheduled services

  • Weather-related delays or rescheduling

  • Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (weather, soil conditions, pests, improper aftercare)

Deposits

Deposits, when required, are used to secure scheduling and materials and are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

Service Issues & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Inspect the concern

  • Correct any verified issues related to workmanship

Corrections, when applicable, are the primary remedy in place of refunds.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund, minus any costs already incurred

  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after work has started are not eligible for refunds

How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, please email us with:

  • Your name and service address

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
